Case Study: Education NGO

A global provider of higher education assessments needed to reduce its delivery times in order to be more responsive to the needs of modern students.

While the Technology division was seeing some gains from Agile methods, these methods weren’t working for Product Management. The effect: Everyone was overloaded to learn a new methodology, but overall the organization wasn’t delivering any faster.

Kumido helped connect Product and Technology together and shorten the time from idea-to-delivery by almost half.
